2. Minimal Telemetry Collection

PulseGate adheres to strict data minimization principles. We do not operate tracking pixels, commercial advertising beacons, or third-party behavioral analytics. Operational logs on regional edge nodes record ephemeral connection parameters (source IP, request path, timestamp, and TLS handshake metrics) strictly for security monitoring, DDoS mitigation, and traffic capacity planning.

3. Enterprise Tenant Isolation

All workspace display streams and terminal data transmitted through dedicated edge ingress channels are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 or QUIC encryption. No customer application payloads or virtual desktop display frames are stored or analyzed on edge nodes.

4. Exercise of Statutory Rights

Individuals wishing to exercise data access, deletion, or rectification rights under GDPR or California consumer privacy laws may submit requests by email to hello@pulsegate.cloud. Requests are verified and answered promptly.
